That belief is why we created a career launch pathway—an opportunity designed to support individuals whose trips we sponsor and who wish to grow professionally within the tourism space.

If you are selected and sponsored to travel to a visa-free destination of your choice, and you decide that you want to take your passion further, we offer you the opportunity to step into a Travel Ambassador role within our travel media agency. During this period, you are encouraged to demonstrate your ability to promote, market, and communicate tourism through your social networks, creativity, and genuine word of mouth.

At the end of the three-month ambassador program, we publicly vouch for your contribution and effort—from your travel experience to your performance during the ambassador period. We highlight your work across our social media platforms, blog and openly recommend you to tourism boards, travel companies, airlines, and other industry organizations that are recruiting and hiring.

This process is designed to strengthen your online visibility, professional portfolio, social media bio, résumé, and CV—elements that travel recruiters and hiring managers value. While we do not promise immediate employment, this pathway positions you for real opportunities and long-term growth within the tourism industry.
