1. Physical Products (Paperback & Hardcover Books)
For physical books, we accept returns, only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return:
- You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
If your return is approved, we will:
- Replace the item or
- Issue a refund (excluding shipping fees, unless the error was ours).
2. Digital Products (eBooks, Downloads, PDFs)
All digital products sold on our website are non-refundable.
Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. This is because digital files cannot be returned or revoked once accessed.
Exceptions:
A refund may be considered only if:
- You were charged multiple times for the same product, or
- The file is defective and cannot be accessed after reasonable support attempts.
3. Print-on-Demand Items
Our books are produced through print-on-demand services. Because each item is custom printed, we do not accept returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect address, or ordering the wrong product.
Refunds or replacements are only issued if:
- The product is misprinted
- The product arrives damaged
- The wrong item was sent
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Digital downloads
- Gifted or promotional items
- Items returned without prior approval
- Items reported after the return window
5. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To request a refund or replacement, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos (for damaged or defective items)

6. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
